Creating an account

To create an account, we require both personal and vehicle documents, such as: * A valid driver’s license * Vehicle registration * Proof of insurance

Uploading documents

To upload documents to your account, signin to tugu.driver.com to visit your dashboard OR follow these steps in the Driver app: 1. Open the Driver app. 2. Tap the profile photo in the upper right corner 3. Tap Account 4. Select Documents 5. Choose the document you want to upload or tap Take photo.

Document rejection

If you’re notified that one of your documents is rejected or expired, it may be due to one of these reasons:

  1. You didn’t meet the eligibility requirements
  2. Your vehicle didn’t meet the vehicle requirements
  3. Your uploaded document(s) had issues

Please ensure your documents are correct before submitting them for approval. Uploaded documents generally require 1-5 days for review.

In the Document section of the Driver Portal, you can view all of your uploaded documents and their expiry dates.

To ensure that you’re able to continue going online in the driver app, we recommend that you submit any renewed documents (e.g. a new driving licence) as soon as you have them. This allows us to review and approve them before your previous documents expire. Having trouble uploading documents.
